The 2009 Events Itinerary have officially been announced and more will be added as the year goes on and events are brought to our attention that members would like to attend. It is very easy to stay in touch with what is going on within our club. Not only is the entire itinerary posted on this page within our website, but it will also be posted in two forums on www.turbo-mopar.com, the SDAC Chapters forum & Events/Racing forum. Monthly reminders pertaining to specific events are posted by a club officer in the SDAC Chapters & Events/Racing forums to ensure all details are accessible including time, location, etc. Along with these major events listed, weekly get togethers do occur throughout the summer, particularly Caste Village cruise-ins on Sunday nights and Norwin Cruisin' in Irwin, PA on Saturday nights. Pittsburgh Raceway Park is offering test 'n tunes every Wednesday night, so we will be seen up there as well! If you hear of an event, let us know so we can post it!

Possible Bonfire @ Jon Kasing's - May 30th, 2009 will be a club meet taking place at the home of Jon Kasing. Tentative arrival time and the address to his home will be available shortly, along with a sign up sheet for items to bring as this is a cookout type of function. The past couple of these have been very fun and Jon and his family are terrific hosts! We'll see you there!

24th Annual Lake Erie Tri-State Mopars Car Show - June 7 Rain or Shine! Taking place at Albion, PA Fairgrounds. Contact Billy or Dan Franzetta, Jr. for details concerning cruising up there together.

PRP Chrysler Classic - June 19 - 21, Taking place at Pittsburgh Raceway Park. It is our understanding that this event was really nice last year and this year is expected to be bigger! Swap meet, car show, and drag racing, can't beat that! Make it out as a pregame to SDAC!

SDAC - 19 - June 26 - 30, Taking place in Cincinnati, OH. Host hotel is the Drawbridge Inn which is just off I-70. For full details, please visit the www.sdac.org website for all details! Click here!

19th Annual All Chrysler Nationals at Carlisle - July 10 - 12, Rain or Shine! Taking place at the Carlisle, PA Fairgrounds. SV-TD, DV-SDAC, and Steel City SDAC members have turned out in large numbers over the years. Please remember, if you are registering a car for the show, list Shelby Dodge Automobile Club as your club affiliation! Club meeting scheduled for 1:00 at SDAC tent.

Tuner Thrash - July 26, Taking place at Pittsburgh Raceway Park. More details to come!

St. John's Car Show - Date TBD, takes place at St. John's Church in Perryopolis, PA, directly behind the BP station. Classic music, great food, and lots of locals to share our interest with!

Mopar Nationals - August 7 - 9, Rain or Shine! Taking place at the National Trail Raceway in Columbus, OH. This is a National SDAC attended event, and many of the Chicagoland SDAC members make it up for the festivities! Great cruising in the evenings, swap meet, car show, and drag racing! Clear your schedules and make it out, you won't be disappointed!

Cedarcreek Car Show - Typically held on same Sunday that the Mopar Nationals conclude, but the exact date and time will be posted once it is available. Stay tuned.

Possible Steel City / SV-TD Get together - Date, time, etc. TBD Stay tuned.

4th Annual Steel City / Buckeye Joint Meetup @ Brady's Run - Date, time, and pavilion number TBD. Taking place at Brady's Run Park in Beaver Falls, PA. This is a great meeting to catch up with our fellow nearby SDAC chapter friends from the west!

Mopars in the Park - September 6 in Butler PA at Alameda Park. Sponsored by Butler Pentastars Car Club. 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Cabela's Car Show - September 7 at the enormous Cabela's store near Wheeling, WV. Time to be announced. Great event for Labor Day!

Mopar World Finals - September 18 - 20 in Norwalk, OH at Summit Raceway Park.
